The Faculty Advisor is available to all students who have either general climate concerns or specific issues relating to their gender/underrepresented group status at Rutgers, including questions and concerns they have while going on the job market. The Faculty Advisor acts as a confidential consultant and advisor on these matters.

Climate Committee: The committee is dedicated to assessing and improving the departmental climate for all graduate students. We invite you to contact our members directly or utilize the anonymous feedback box in the Flex Space to share any challenges or difficulties you may be facing.

Graduate Student Climate Representatives: These graduate students report to the Faculty Advisor about any climate issues brought to their attention by other students, who are kept anonymous.

Report A Concern: To report an incident involving sexual harassment or sexual misconduct, you can call 848-932-1181 at any time. To file a report anonymously, text 848-315-1766. Your name and contact information will not be revealed unless you decide to share it. To report an incident involving other forms of discrimination or harassment, contact University Human Resources at 848-932-3020 if the alleged perpetrator is a faculty or staff member, and contact the Office of Student Affairs Compliance at 848-932-8576 if the alleged perpetrator is a student.
